Shipping policy

1. Delivery

1.1 Philips Water Hong Kong may charge a fee for delivery services. We will provide detailed information on such fees and reach an agreement with the consumer prior to completing any order.

1.2 Philips Water Hong Kong will deliver the products to the delivery address specified by you in the order and in accordance with the delivery method selected by you.

1.3 Delivery Service (applicable to orders delivered by a designated logistics company to the specified location) a. Delivery may be requested within the designated delivery areas in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, but this does not apply to post office boxes or addresses beginning with postal codes. b. Under normal circumstances, we will dispatch the goods within 5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery dates may be delayed due to postal or logistical issues, and the actual delivery date shall be subject to the arrangements confirmed in the delivery notification.

1.4 Delivery Service (applicable to delivery by a logistics company designated by Philips Water Hong Kong to the specified delivery location) a. Orders with a post-discount amount of HK$1,500 or more qualify for free delivery; for orders with a post-discount amount below HK$1,500, the customer shall pay a shipping fee of HK$85. b. After order confirmation, the goods will be scheduled for delivery within 5-7 working days. c. The delivery service is limited to fixed addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region that are accessible by road transport, covering Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, Sai Kung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan. d. For delivery to remote areas, additional delivery fees will be charged as follows:

  • Mid-levels or above on Hong Kong Island, Shek O, Stanley, Tai Tam, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, and Sai Kung: HK$150
  • Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, and Ma Wan: HK$150
  • Lantau Island and Tung Chung: HK$180
  • Airport and Discovery Bay: HK$250

e. The delivery service does not apply to non-fixed addresses, airport restricted areas, border restricted areas, or outlying islands.

f. Under normal circumstances, our designated logistics company will contact you within 4 working days after order confirmation to confirm the delivery date and time. In the event of delays due to logistical issues, delivery will be completed within a reasonable time thereafter.

g. Delivery service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Actual delivery times may be subject to delays, suspensions, or rescheduling due to traffic, location, weather, or other factors, in which case the final delivery arrangements will be agreed upon between the delivery personnel and the recipient.

h. For buildings without elevator access at the delivery address, the customer shall pay an additional handling fee of HK$20 per floor (calculated per 15 steps as one floor), starting from ground level, to be collected in cash by the delivery personnel. 

i. If the registered delivery address cannot be accessed by the delivery personnel due to security issues or other reasons, preventing completion of delivery and signature, we reserve the right to charge a fee for rescheduling delivery. Any delivery fees already collected (if applicable) will not be refunded.

1.6 Except for special circumstances, the recipient must take delivery of the goods within 14 days from the date the order is placed; otherwise, the goods shall be deemed abandoned.

1.7 Delivery shall be deemed complete once the goods are delivered to the address provided by you.

1.8 Upon completion of delivery, the goods shall be at your own risk and responsibility.

1.9 In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
