Do you offer overseas delivery services?

Philips Water official online store only offers delivery services within Hong Kong and does not offer overseas delivery.

Delivery area information

Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region that can be transported by land. Service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Sai Kung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan.

For remote areas, delivery fees will be charged as follows:

- Mid-Levels or above on Hong Kong Island, Shek O, Stanley, Tai Tam, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, and Sai Kung: $150

- Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, and Ma Wan: $150

- Lantau Island and Tung Chung: $180

- Airport and Discovery Bay: $250

*Delivery service is not available for non-fixed addresses, airport restricted areas, border restricted areas, or outlying islands.

Are there any additional delivery fees?

An additional delivery fee will be charged per order in the following situations:

If the product cannot be placed in or transported via a lift at the delivery address, or if there is no lift available for delivery at the delivery address, the logistics company's delivery person will charge you a cash surcharge of HK$20 per floor (calculated on a floor basis of 15 floors);

If the delivery address is in a remote area, we will charge the delivery fee as follows:

- Mid-Levels or above on Hong Kong Island, Shek O, Stanley, Tai Tam, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, and Sai Kung: $150

- Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, and Ma Wan: $150

- Lantau Island and Tung Chung: $180

- Airport and Discovery Bay: $250

If the product cannot be delivered due to the recipient's reasons (including but not limited to incorrect delivery address, delivery address being a post office box, security personnel obstructing delivery, recipient refusing to sign for the ordered product, etc.) and needs to be returned to Philips Water Hong Kong, Philips Water Hong Kong can reschedule the returned product, but a re-delivery and administrative fee of HK$200 will be charged each time, and the previously charged delivery fee (if any) will not be refunded. If we are still unable to deliver the product within 30 days after the first shipment due to the recipient's reasons, the product will be considered abandoned by you and no refund will be given.

How do I return/exchange goods if they are found to be damaged?

We can exchange or refund the ordered goods within 7 days after the delivery service is completed, provided that you provide proof that the product had a non-human-caused defect before delivery; or that the product model does not match the order.

How are shipping costs calculated?

A delivery fee of HK$85 will be charged per order if the total value of a single order is less than HK$1,500. A delivery fee waiver will be applied if the total value of a single order is equal to or greater than HK$1,500.

An additional delivery fee will be charged per order in the following situations:

If the product cannot be placed in or transported via an elevator at the delivery address, or if there is no elevator available for delivery at the delivery address, the delivery person from the logistics company will charge you an additional fee of HK$20 per floor (calculated on a floor basis of 15 floors).

For delivery addresses in remote areas, we will charge the following delivery fees:

- Mid-Levels or above on Hong Kong Island, Shek O, Stanley, Tai Tam, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay and Sai Kung: HK$150

- Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che and Ma Wan: HK$150

- Lantau Island and Tung Chung: HK$180

- Airport and Discovery Bay: HK$250

When will my orders arrive?

Under normal circumstances, we will ship within 5-7 business days after accepting the order. If there are delays due to payment processing issues, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.

How can I track my order?

To track your order's delivery, the Philips Water Purifier official online store provides order activity records. You can find relevant information by going to "Member Center" and clicking "Tracking List." The logistics company may contact you by phone or SMS to confirm delivery arrangements; please be sure to enter a valid mobile phone number on your order.

Do you deliver during holidays?

Official delivery service hours are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

What if I suddenly can't receive my orders?

Please contact our customer service hotline at 3188-4987 for assistance. If the order are not delivered and are returned to us, a fee of HK$200 will be charged to arrange for reshipment.

We offer a 2-year global warranty, but the warranty does not cover consumable parts such as filters, soda bottles, and product accessories.
